Role Summary ZipRecruiter is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing to support our Direct Sales teams and help drive revenue growth across the channel. This role translates business priorities, product capabilities, and market insights into sales strategies, repeatable plays, and measurable outcomes for Direct Sales. The Senior Manager owns sales enablement strategy and execution for the channel, equipping sales leaders and reps with the messaging, tools, training, and insights needed to win new business, increase product adoption, and grow existing accounts. The role leads sales readiness for strategic go-to-market initiatives and product launches, while partnering with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
