Senior Executive Assistant

About the team Zillow is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the primary executive support partner to our SVP of Communications, with additional support for our VP of External Affairs & Business Communications, and as a key operational partner to the broader Corporate Affairs team. About the role We’re looking for someone who develops a deep understanding of the Corporate Affairs organization, its priorities, stakeholders, and rhythms of business and uses that context to anticipate needs, identify gaps, make recommendations, and take ownership. The successful candidate will know when to act independently on behalf of their leaders, when to influence or push toward resolution, and when a decision requires executive involvement. They will represent Communications effectively with partner organizations across Zillow, build trusted relationships throughout the company, and ensure important priorities, decisions, and operational needs reach resolution. This person will also bring an AI-native mindset to the role, actively exploring how AI, automation, and emerging tools can eliminate friction, improve workflows, and create capacity for their executives and the broader team.
