Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role solves complex, ambiguous systems challenges, improves end-to-end workflows, and serves as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to stakeholders across the organization. About the role - Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise systems and integrations to improve reliability, data quality, and usability for business stakeholders.- Partner with product, engineering, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, documenting designs, configurations, and impact.- Drive complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruption.- Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and reusable configurations for information systems, advocating for best practices, security, and compliance.- Plan and execute system changes, releases, and upgrades, including test planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and post-implementation validation.- Analyze usage patterns, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and feature improvements.-
