About the team Our Frontline Support team sits within Business Operations and plays a key role in keeping Zillow’s New Construction sales engine running smoothly. We partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to manage core processes, maintain accurate territory, pipeline, and forecasting data, and support the systems and workflows that enable efficient, predictable revenue delivery. It’s a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and helping our sales teams stay focused on serving customers and growing the business. About the role The Business Analyst, New Construction Sales Analytics strengthens Zillow’s sales engine by managing forecasting, territory and pipeline data, and core sales processes to enable predictable, efficient revenue delivery. This role maintains data accuracy, and supports day-to-day operational workflows so sales teams can focus on serving customers and closing business. You will get to Lead day-to-day sales operations activities including pipeline tracking, territory and account updates, and performance reporting (including WBR and MBR content) to support accurate, timely visibility into the business. Analyze sales data and trends to identify variances, risks, and opportunities, and surface clear, actionable insights for sales leaders and partners, including QBR materials for builders.
