Search & Evaluate sits at the center of that experience, where users spend the most time and where the most critical intent signals are generated. This role owns the core shopping experience — search, browse, compare, evaluate — and the data and signals it produces that power personalization, agent matching, and growth across the platform. About the role We’re looking for a Senior PM who has managed search tools for a marketplace. You understand that searching for a home is a long, thoughtful process, which is very different from searching for simple, everyday products or just browsing general content.You've lived the tension between relevance and monetization, between exploration and conversion, and between what users say they want and what behavioral data tells you they actually do. This is a pivotal role where you’ll elevate the product to the next level. There is massive potential to innovate through AI-assisted discovery, intent-aware personalization, and advanced agentic flows. You’ll have the opportunity to define this roadmap
