We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator, whoefficiently builds loads in client’s transportation management systems, schedules pickups and deliveries through the designated appointment platforms, and continuously applies and improves the standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided for each account. The role is metrics-driven, with a daily production target and a clear mandate to identify and pursue automation opportunities that increase throughput while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities : Build 40–50 truckload (TL) loads per day, entering shipment information accurately into Echo’s systems. Build loads using Optimizer and Accelerator, and build through Vooma where applicable per the account SOP. Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments through BiggerPicture. Follow the account-specific SOPs provided for each assigned account, ensuring loads are built and scheduled to customer requirements.
