your responsibilities As a technology and innovation manager, you are responsible for the technical side of the customer relationship and manage multiple parallel projects and applications. You conduct interviews with technical contacts (e.g., founders, CTOs, team leads), understand technologies, risks, and approaches, and develop strategic concepts. You structure innovative project ideas in close coordination with founders, CTOs, and senior developers of leading start-ups, mostly in computer science and software development. You create German-language technical documentation for funding applications (e.g., for R&D tax incentives) – tax knowledge is not required. You coordinate external specialists and freelancers in the creation of technical documentation. your profile You quickly and independently familiarize yourself with unknown technologies and industries, including with the help of modern tools like LLMs. Practical software and programming experience (through studies, jobs, or projects) to understand and critically examine architectures and technologies (no hands-on development required). You can communicate complex topics clearly and action-oriented both orally and in writing. You bring a high level of commitment and a strong sense of quality. You hold a Master's degree or Ph.D. in a scientific or technical discipline (preferred: Computer Science, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering).
