Independent Accountant

This is a remote job position. ZDOBI Group is a consulting firm providing comprehensive business support – we combine accounting, law, HR, IT, marketing, and recruitment to provide clients with full service in one place. We cooperate with companies from various industries, both from Poland and abroad, delivering real substantive and operational support. For our accounting team, we are looking for a person who wants to develop in a cohesive environment, has experience in accounting, and can act independently yet with a sense of shared responsibility for service quality. Your tasks: Independent maintenance of accounting books and/or revenue and expense ledgers (KPiR) Verification of accounting documents provided by clients Preparation of tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT) Preparation of statements, analyses, and reports Client contact and ongoing advisory Work in systems: wFirma, Saldeo, Symfonia, Optima, and Mała Księgowość RP Requirements Experience working in an accounting position (minimum one year) Very good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations Ability to work independently and good self-organization Communicativeness and responsibility Communicative knowledge of English Knowledge of HR and payroll issues is welcome Knowledge of accounting systems operation is welcome: wFirma, Saldeo, Mała Księgowość RP, Symfonia, and Optima Benefits Flexible cooperation forms: mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) or B2B Medicover and Medicover Sport Real team support
