Attorney-at-Law / Legal Advisor

This is a remote work position. ZDOBI Group is a group of entities providing comprehensive business support – we combine consulting, accounting, law, IT, marketing, and recruitment to provide clients with multidimensional service in one place. We serve entities from various industries, both from Poland and abroad, providing them with real substantive and operational support. We are currently looking for a brilliant attorney-at-law (adwokat or radca prawny) to cooperate with us in providing legal services for our companies and our clients – both on a one-off basis and in a permanent model. Scope of cooperation: Providing legal consultations (via email / phone / remotely), Substantive support for other specialists, Representing business entities in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, Drafting procedural and non-procedural documents, agreements, and other documents, Preparing legal opinions, Cooperation with specialists in various fields of law and the ZDOBI Group team (client managers, consultants, accountants). Requirements: Right to practice as an attorney-at-law or legal advisor, Minimum one year of experience in providing legal services to business entities, Ability to explain complex issues in a simple and understandable manner, Readiness to provide services in a subcontractor model (B2B, invoice billing), Diligence, punctuality, and high cooperation culture.
