The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the network infrastructure of our customers to ensure maximum uptime for their users. The role can include design, configuration, documentation and troubleshooting network related items ranging from basic to complex. The Network Engineer is the primary escalation point for the ZAYO NOC for all related support issues.
