Zayo is seeking an Account Manager - Growth Markets to support existing and prospective customers across an assigned book of Growth Markets accounts within our State, Local, and Education (SLED) segment. The successful Account Manager will execute selling initiatives that develop customer relationships and drive sales of Fiber, Transport, IP, SD-WAN, Edge, Security, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and Managed Services across targeted Public Sector accounts. Our Account Manager - Growth Markets is a proactive account owner who identifies, shapes, and secures new opportunities across Growth state and local government, K-12, and Higher Education accounts while owning the sales and customer lifecycle. This role requires working knowledge of E-Rate, government procurement and funding cycles, consultative selling, relationship management, and disciplined account ownership.
