ERP Systems Analyst

The Role: The ERP Systems Analyst / ERP Business Analyst will support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of the organization’s ERP platform, with a primary focus on NetSuite and related enterprise applications. Reporting to the IT Program Director, this role will serve as a key liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The position will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting workflows, supporting integrations, developing reports and dashboards, coordinating testing, troubleshooting system issues, and helping drive process improvement, user adoption, and data integrity across the enterprise application environment. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. In This Role, You Will: Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Support day-to-day NetSuite administration, user requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, releases, and system maintenance.
