JOB OVERVIEW The YOUKNOW Analytics & Insights team is seeking a strategic Senior Analytics Manager to bridge the gap between analytics, product development, and team management. As a senior member of the team, your mission goes beyond reporting; you will own key client relationships and mentor junior analysts. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, using data to validate marketing and commercial decisions. We’re looking for a leader who optimises the team’s output and ensures that data-driven stories are effectively communicated to stakeholders. Compilation and Support: Follow and execute on client briefs for reporting and analysis purposes. Support analysts with compilation hours where necessary as well as maintain your own reporting responsibilities, which include: Pulling exports Cleaning data Visualising data Deriving compelling insights ○ Providing consultative advice and strategic insights Presenting insights to key stakeholders (internal and external) 2. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee the team of analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development. Your success will be measured by the team’s output.
