Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across mobile applications, telecom integrations, eSIM services, and backend platforms. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead cross-functional execution, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. Executive sponsors provide business leadership; the Senior Technical Project Manager owns delivery execution, stakeholder coordination, and project momentum from initiation through launch. Location:Poland, Ukraine, Belarus Work format: Remote Required 7+ years of project or program management experience within technology-driven organizations. 3+ years of experience delivering projects within telecom, mobile applications, SaaS, connectivity, or related technology environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), and cloud-based platforms. Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment. Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience using Jira, Confluence, project management tools, and delivery reporting dashboards.
