If you've already got 1-2 years of outbound or closing phone-sales experience under your belt, and you actually like getting someone to say yes, keep reading. What you'll be doing: You won't be cold-calling strangers off a list. Our client's leads come in warm — merchants who already reached out or were nurtured by the client's own team. Your job is to pick up that warm conversation, understand what the business needs, and close the deal. Then you'll help them through the paperwork (application, banking info, ID docs) and follow up until they're fully set up. You're closing deals and seeing them through — not just dialing.
