Power BI Adoption Lead - Remote - EU/EEA

This is a remote position. Power BI Adoption Lead Most Power BI roles ask you to build what someone else has already specified. This one asks you to decide how an entire enterprise uses Power BI — and then to make it happen. A leading UK financial services organisation is standing up a modern cloud data platform, with Power BI as the strategic reporting layer on top of it. The governed semantic layer, certified datasets, enterprise design standards and community of practice are still being shaped — and the organisation is serious enough about data capability to have already invested in it. You will decide what good looks like, and own it end to end. This is deliberately not a pure Power BI developer role, and equally not a change-management role. It is the rarer combination: someone who can build a performant enterprise semantic model, credibly challenge a developer's DAX, then stand in front of the business and teach it. What you'll do Own the enterprise Power BI adoption roadmap, with measurable adoption and value targets. Build engagement from the ground up: stakeholder buy-in, a champions network, forums, clinics and a genuine community of practice. Design and personally deliver structured training — workshops, learning materials and guidance, pitched from Excel-refugee to seasoned analyst. Shape the governed semantic layer alongside data engineering: consistent KPI definitions, certification processes, naming conventions and refresh strategy. Author the enterprise report
