Team Description The revenue operations and billing team oversees the full client billing lifecycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for advisors and clients. The team maintains billing data and fee schedules, coordinates fee processing with custodians, and manages invoicing, payments, and refunds. They support advisors through onboarding, provide ongoing billing guidance, and collaborate closely with Compliance, Finance, and Client Service. The team continually identifies opportunities to streamline billing procedures, enhance accuracy, and maintain clear documentation of processes. About the role We're looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused Billing Specialist to support the day-to-day billing operations for XYPN Sapphire. In this role, you'll manage client billing information, process advisory fees, investigate discrepancies, and serve as a resource for advisors and internal teams.
