About the Role We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead hiring for the Indonesian market. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment primarily for business roles (sales, dealing/trading support, marketing, operations, compliance, and other corporate functions), with occasional support for other areas. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Indonesian talent market, strategic sourcing skills, and a candidate-focused approach to attract top talent.
