Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance CRM for optimal data capture, processing, and use aligned with business goals. Continuously refine the CRM infrastructure to support sales and marketing. Ensure database accuracy and integrity, implementing data segmentation to improve targeted marketing efforts. Develop and execute personalized campaigns tailored to customer segments by behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage. Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing improvements. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support to create cohesive strategies that boost engagement and retention. Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) to reach the right audience effectively. Requirements: Minimum of 2
