Own the full design process including research, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility, and reusable design systems to help engineering and AI agents ship high-quality features rapidly. Transform complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, reliable products for patients and providers. Embrace AI tools and systematize design patterns while maintaining high quality and user advocacy. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer or UX Engineer with a portfolio demonstrating measurable impact. Advanced proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, variables/tokens, variants, component libraries, and Dev Mode. Experience in user research and usability testing; translating insights into actionable design decisions. Strong skills in responsive and mobile-first design, information architecture, and content clarity. Practical knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) applied in healthcare contexts. Familiarity with AI-assisted desig
