Scope of Work Configure and optimize CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to align with evolving sales, revenue, and customer success processes. Integrate and manage revenue-related platforms beyond the CRM, including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project tracking tools. Establish and document operational workflows that adapt to changing business requirements and promote system adoption among sales and CS stakeholders.
