In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Required Skills Accuracy discipline Error detection Format reconciliation Attention to Detail Scope of Work Design and produce expert-level evaluation tasks that simulate real-world data entry and validation challenges for AI agents. Construct and curate large, complex datasets—including CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents filled with realistic errors such as malformed records, missing data, and inconsistent formats. Define the correct final state for each task, specifying the exact error cases and reconciliation requirements that an AI must address. Author detailed grading rubrics (35+ criteria) for assessment of AI agent outputs, focusing on both accuracy and completeness in error detection. Ensure all authored tasks mirror the authentic complexity and standards of highly regulated or audit-sensitive environments. Collaborate asynchronously through precise written and verbal communication to iterate and refine evaluation materials.
