AWS Connect Technical Architect

This is a remote position. Amazon Connect Technical Architect (Remote, Colombia) About the Role We are seeking an Amazon Connect Technical Architect to join a global technology company specialized in cloud-based contact center and AI-driven solutions . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex Amazon Connect implementations that integrate AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, CloudFormation , and CRM platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud Voice . This position requires a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise and architectural leadership , as well as advanced English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and enterprise customers. Requirements Advanced English level (C1) – required for communication with international teams Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and services Hands-on scripting or coding with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and Contact Flow Design Experience with Lambda , CloudFormation , Lex integration , and call routing Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy Experience building API integrations , especially with WFM, CRM, and contact center systems Knowledge of communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to lead enterprise-level technical initiatives with minimal oversight ⭐ Nice to Have Ex
