Senior Siebel Functional Consultant - Remote We are looking for a Senior Siebel Functional Consultant with experience in the telecommunications sector, specialized in the design, analysis, and definition of functional processes within Oracle Siebel CRM. You will be responsible for analyzing and defining processes related to customers, accounts, commercial catalogs, product configurations, service orders, asset management, and integrations with billing and provisioning systems. Responsibilities: Define telecommunications processes (activations, deactivations, modifications, plan changes, moves, suspensions, and reconnections) for mobile, fixed, internet, and TV services, and functionally model customers, households, service and billing accounts, contacts, and addresses. Define the commercial catalog (products, services, bundles, attributes, promotions) with their eligibility, compatibility, and availability rules, and valid configurations in Siebel Product Configurator. Define and validate price lists, recurring and one-time charges, and discounts, and their correspondence with billing. Design quotation, capture, and order lifecycle processes (including composite orders, MACD, and Asset-Based Ordering) through to fulfillment. Specify functional integrations with billing, order management, provisioning, inventory, feasibility, portabilities, and technical visits, defining mappings, validations, and reconciliation.
