Below, you’ll find other important information about this position. This position is the primary contact for information technology issues related to software applications used by Revenue Cycle. This position is responsible for first level support of revenue cycle software and applications, including but not limited to implementation and testing. Creates and manages system build, supports on-going computer-based research, system defects and enhancement requests, generates reports and participates in process improvement initiatives. This position works independently on large-scale data processing projects, acting as a project leader, performing system and business analysis, developing system designs, and overseeing system development and implementation. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily operations activities of the revenue cycle systems and applications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related discipline AND Two (2) years’ experience revenue cycle applications OR ; High school Diploma or Equivalent AND Six (6) years’ experience revenue cycle software applications. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Proficie
