Recruiter

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their growing recruitment team and support the identification, screening, and coordination of talented professionals across Latin America. They operate in the remote staffing and recruitment industry, helping U.S. companies build LATAM teams through a streamlined hiring process designed to deliver qualified candidates quickly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop a career in recruitment. Previous recruiting experience is not required; the ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and eager to learn how to identify and evaluate talent. The Junior Recruiter will support different stages of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking. They will work closely with the recruitment team to understand different positions and help identify candidates who match each client's requirements.
