Medical Front Desk / Admin Assistant

Upload scribe notes, lab results, patient handouts, and care plans into the system. Order and schedule lab tests according to provider instructions. Assist with prescribing workflows and coordinate with pharmacies to fulfill patient prescriptions. Provide service estimates and process patient payments as needed. Conduct post-visit clarity calls to ensure patient satisfaction. Lead discovery calls with prospective patients to provide necessary information.
