Leasing Specialist

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing operations, resident services, and renewal activities across a growing residential portfolio. They operate in the residential real estate industry and have expanded into multiple U.S. markets while continuing to develop and improve distinctive rental communities. This position will support more than 75 residential units and active development projects. The selected professional will oversee the leasing journey from the initial inquiry through application, lease execution, resident support, and renewal. Success in this role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, careful organization, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with residents, vendors, local assistants, and company leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, technologically confident, and comfortable handling several priorities in a fast-moving remote environment. They should be equally capable of converting qualified leads, delivering an excellent resident experience, analyzing leasing performance, and assisting with urgent property-related matters.
