Chief of Staff / Integrator

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Chief of Staff / Integrator to become the operational backbone behind two rapidly growing eCommerce brands. They operate within the eCommerce and consumer products industry and have experienced significant multi-channel growth in recent years through marketplaces, direct-to-consumer expansion, and operational scaling initiatives. This position is designed for someone who thrives on execution, accountability, and building structure in fast-paced founder-led environments. The ideal candidate will act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring ideas are transformed into organized initiatives, projects move forward efficiently, and operational systems scale alongside the business. This is not an administrative support role or a basic project management position. It is a high-impact operational leadership role focused on driving execution across multiple teams and brands. The person in this role will work closely with leadership, coordinate cross-functional priorities, improve workflows, and create operational clarity while reducing the Founder’s day-to-day operational burden. Responsibilities CEO Force Multiplier Capture and organize priorities, ideas, and decisions from the Founder to ensure nothing is overlooked. Translate leadership direction into actionable project plans with clear ownership, deadlines, and deliverables. Run execution cadences including daily updates, progress reviews, and escalation tracking. Shield leadershi
