Key Responsibilities: As the Child & Community Impact Data Specialist, you will define and drive the strategic evolution of World Vision ’s sponsorship impact intelligence ecosystem—shaping how child and community impact is translated into compelling, sponsor-facing engagement experiences globally. You will lead the design and implementation of integrated impact intelligence frameworks that connect child sponsorship data, programme outcomes, and storytelling into scalable, AI-enabled engagement experiences across 30+ markets. Working in close partnership with global marketers and internal systems teams, you will support sponsor engagement, acquisition, and retention by ensuring high-quality data, system readiness, and efficient, automated storytelling solutions. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the sponsorship experience by ensuring it is grounded in credible, connected evidence of change—capturing the story of both the child and their community.
