Overview World Business Lenders (WBL) is a privately held portfolio lender specializing in real estate-secured business loans for underserved businesses. WBL operates with a fully remote, multinational workforce and an experienced executive leadership team. Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though additional hours may be required based on business needs. . About the Role The ARC Manager will lead and supervise a team of legal professionals responsible for managing litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other legal recovery matters involving non-performing commercial business loans secured by real estate. This role is responsible for coordinating daily legal operations, providing guidance on litigation and recovery strategies, monitoring case progress and deadlines, and ensuring consistent execution across the team's portfolio. The ARC Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to advance recovery objectives, manage legal risk, control costs, and support the efficient resolution of distressed commercial loan matters. The position requires strong legal knowledge, demonstrated team leadership experience, and the ability to oversee a high-volume litigation portfolio in a remote, international environment while aligning case management and recovery efforts with the Company's business objectives.
