Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers. Respond professionally and promptly to customer questions regarding services, pricing, availability, and next steps. Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Coordinate service appointments with internal teams and ensure accurate scheduling. Confirm appointments and communicate relevant information to customers and internal teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, bookings, and follow-ups. Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date. Monitor pending opportunities and proactively follow up to move leads toward booking.
