Your Tasks & Role: You will become part of our Triebwerk Crew. Currently, we are a team of two taking care of administration, accounting, and finance. Our goal: We want to rethink accounting and taxes using AI. To achieve this, we are looking for a tax advisor (Steuerberater:in) who brings the professional foundation and takes the lead in shaping this transformation. Traditional tax firms often rely on rigid structures and hierarchies. We rely on personal responsibility, trust, and digital freedom. You work from anywhere—100% remote. You are still welcome at our office in Möhnesee at any time. We do not use physical paper folders. We will support you in obtaining your admission as a corporate tax advisor (Syndikus-Steuerberater:in). You will work with DATEV, SevDesk, Moss, and Odoo and help decide how AI can meaningfully complement this landscape. In detail, this means: You will develop how AI supports our accounting and tax processes. You determine what runs automatically and where your professional judgment is needed. You are our in-house tax expert. You oversee annual financial statements, tax returns, and VAT. You are responsible for ongoing financial accounting, from document processing in SevDesk and Moss to booking in DATEV. You ensure that automated processes remain compliant with GoBD regulations and audit-proof. You turn numbers into a basis for decision-making. You document processes and bring the team along. Payroll: You will handle payroll accounting at least as a backup.
