Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to support our Commercial & Procurement functions across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with solid commercial experience in managing a distributed sales team , as well as preference for experience in managing a sales trainee program , alongside other HR responsibilities.
