Your role in this mission: We're looking for a Global Mobility Compliance Specialist to own the US and broader Americas region. You'll translate US federal and state tax, payroll, social security, employment law, and immigration requirements into practical frameworks that power our compliance automation platform — and you'll build the on-the-ground network of local partners that makes fast, compliant execution possible across the region. This is a hybrid subject-matter-expert and relationship-building role: half regulatory translation and product logic, half building and managing a trusted bench of local experts across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. 🎯 What you will do Translate US and Americas-region tax, payroll, social security (including Totalization Agreements), employment law, and immigration requirements into practical compliance frameworks and decision
