International Operations Manager

This is a remote position. Woloyem Consulting is looking for an International Operations Manager to help structure, coordinate, and optimize our operations across Europe and Africa . This is not a simple administrative role. We are looking for a builder , not just a coordinator. The right candidate will help create systems, improve processes, coordinate teams, support training operations, and ensure that the organization runs with clarity, discipline, and efficiency. The International Operations Manager will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to support the company’s growth, improve operational performance, and contribute to the launch and management of new strategic activities, including our examination center operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational activities across training, onboarding, finance, academic coordination, and customer experience. Support the planning and execution of training sessions, coaching programs, bootcamps, and certification preparation programs. Coordinate with trainers, sales, marketing, finance, onboarding, and academic teams to ensure smooth deliver
