Position Overview: The Client Services Manager is a member of the WR Immigration Leadership Team, working alongside the Executive Committee to develop and implement best practices to support the firm’s legal services. Decisions made by the individual in this position influence many of the firm’s daily operations, especially in relation to client relationships and interactions. Client Services Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing the development of internal workflow protocols and documentation, including drafting and distributing firmwide memos in support of case work. Supervising the onboarding process for new corporate clients, including facilitating document collection and organization, working alongside the WRapid team to ensure internal platforms are set up accurately, and assisting Partners and Managing Attorneys with responses to client questions.
