About the Role The Creative Director is the steward for how Primal Harvest shows up in the world, helping shape and evolve the brand across every customer touchpoint. This role sits in the Brand function and leads the creative team across copy, design, video, and production. This individual will work closely with the CEO to refine the brand strategy and translate this into creative work which drives both marketing and brand performance goals. This role is accountable for ensuring consistency, quality, and market differentiation across the full spectrum of creative assets including ecomm, ads, social, and packaging. This role involves both visionary and executional components, requiring someone that can generate a distinctive creative identity, operate with a commercial performance branding mindset, and build high performing teams that leverage both traditional and innovative AI workflows.
