That's why we're building a global remote team of first-class Designers delivering design and Webflow work for leading Startups, Scaleups and Mittelstand companies across Europe. For a monthly fee, our customers work directly with our team on a wide range of projects: web design, Webflow builds, ad creatives, social media content, illustrations and much more. Generative AI is changing how all of that gets made. We don't want to bolt it on - we want it built into how we work. That's where you come in. As our AI Creative , you are the go-to person for AI in our day-to-day design process. You'll test tools, build workflows, produce work with them, and make sure the rest of the team can do the same. This is a hands-on maker role, not a research role: you'll be shipping client work and improving how it gets made at the same time. 🤖 What you'll do Generate and refine visual concepts with AI tools (image generation, video, text-to-design, layout automation) Build, document and roll out AI workflows that improve quality, speed and creative range across the design team Integrate AI-assisted assets into client projects without compromising brand integrity or craft Act as internal enabler: run experiments, share prompts and results, train designers, keep the team current Work with Designers, Project Managers and clients to turn briefs into finished visual work Evaluate new tools critically — know which ones earn a pl
