Live Medical Scribe

Job Title: Live Medical Scribe Position type: Full-Time Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time Monday - Friday Salary rate: $7 Key Responsibilities: Support healthcare providers during live patient consultations by accurately documenting clinical encounters in real time. Utilize Nudge AI to capture, review, edit, and organize clinical notes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity. Communicate directly with patients, including through video consultations when needed, to collect medical histories, review medications, and assist with pre-consultation questionnaires. Update, organize, and maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW). Document and coordinate provider-directed medical orders, including laboratory tests, X-rays, diagnostic imaging requests, and specialist referrals. Review AI-generated clinical notes to identify missing information, correct documentation errors, and ensure all relevant patient details are accurately recorded. Follow up on incomplete clinical notes, outstanding documentation, and pending referrals between patient encounters. Provide administrative and documentation support to healthcare providers to ensure efficient clinical workflows and seamless patient consultations. Prepare and organize clinical notes, medical orders, referrals, and related documentation at the end of each day for the provider's final review and sign-off.
