Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Marketing & listings • Build and refresh vacancy listings in AppFolio; confirm Zillow and partner syndication is live on every unit. • Post and refresh listings on Facebook Marketplace, MHVillage, and Craigslist; remove stale listings promptly. • Maintain listing copy, photo order, and unit-detail accuracy. • Flag pricing triggers when a unit hits 15 and 22 days on market, with a recommendation. Lead management & showings • Respond to all inbound leads within 5 minutes during business hours. • Run pre-qualification questions on every lead. • Schedule showings and self-showings via ShowMojo; log all activity in AppFolio. • Execute the lead-to-tour-to-application follow-up cadence.
