Document physician's or health care provider's findings, follow-up instructions, and prescribed treatments. 3. Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictation related to patient orders like laboratory tests and medications. 4. Create and maintain EHR/EMR system records. 5. Facilitate coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and professionals. 6. Ensure accuracy of medical record documentation and compliance with regulatory and/or institutional standards. 7.
