About the role: As a Supervisor, Network Segmentation you will lead a team of Firewall and Segmentation Engineers and contractors in the delivery and support of secure, highly available firewall and segmentation services. We ask that you have leadership and operational management capabilities, including oversight of ticket queues, Service level agreement performance, and incident response, while balancing competing operational and project priorities. You will report to the Network Services Manager. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Oversight Oversee a team of Firewall and Microsegmentation Engineers (junior through senior level). Assign and prioritize daily tasks, incidents, problems and change requests. Promote accountability by setting clear goals, and measurable performance outcomes. Operational Excellence Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Monitor ticket queues and ensure resolution per Service level agreement.
