Framing: Head and shoulders must be visible, with the face centered and fully clear. Lighting and background: The face must be well-lit without strong shadows, against a simple or neutral background. Facial expressions: Natural and calm while speaking. Audio: Clear and without background noise, music, or echo. Recording orientation: Can be vertical or horizontal, with the camera stabilized and avoiding shakes. Recording location: Preferable to record in an indoor, quiet place. The following are not allowed or permitted to appear: Filters or beauty modes. Sunglasses. Hats or head coverings that block the face. Any facial coverings. Headphones or earphones. Watermarks.
