Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Director Talent Acquisition to become an integral part of our HR team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our talent acquisition strategy, driving innovation, and contributing to the success of our dynamic healthcare organization. You will lead a team of recruiters and oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including employment branding, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
