Location: Remote, India Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience Work Schedule: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week (with 1 mandatory working Sunday in a month with higher incentive) Role Levels: Junior Intern, Senior Intern, Contractor/Consultant, and Full-Time POD Lead About Weekday Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform backed by Y Combinator and Venture Highway, now part of General Catalyst. We help companies identify and connect with relevant talent through technology and recruiting operations. About the Role This is a high-volume outbound calling role. You will call shortlisted candidates, explain job opportunities, confirm their interest, and update their responses You will be expected to make 100–120 outbound calls per day , follow up regularly, and meet daily targets. A substantial part of your working day will be spent on calls What You’ll Do Call candidates and pitch the company, role, location, and requirements. Confirm their interest, availability, notice period, and other required details. Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, or email. Share interested candidates with the relevant team. Keep call logs and candidate records accurate and updated. POD Leads will also coordinate the team, coach associates, and track daily work and quality.
