UI & Product Designer

We are looking for a UI & Product Designer to join the Webranking CX team. Role As a UI & Product Designer, you will work alongside Service & UX Designers, Product and UI Designers, Researchers, and UX Writers to ideate and design innovative digital products for an ever-growing portfolio of clients, many of which are international. What you will do: End-to-end design: from visual concept to interactive prototype, up to technical documentation and handoff for developers. Design System management: creation, maintenance, and development of scalable libraries, components, and resources. Consulting and presentation: pitching and explaining design choices to the team and clients, clearly justifying decisions made and incorporating feedback. Inclusive design: applying usability and accessibility principles (WCAG) and translating UX research insights into effective interfaces. Requirements You are the person we are looking for if: You are a Figma Master: you have deep and secure command of the tool (advanced management of components, variables, auto-layout, and complex libraries). For us, this is a cornerstone. You are familiar with AI and incorporate it from day zero in your daily routine to speed up the creative process, explore solutions, and develop MVPs quickly. You know how to present your ideas clearly to the team and the client with a constructive approach.
