Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Excellence Lead to join the Business Excellence team. The role supports the business in tracking performance, finding inefficiencies and making better decisions through clear and accurate analysis. The Business Excellence Lead will work with teams across functions and markets to turn data into simple insights and practical actions. This role suits someone early in their career who is analytical, curious and careful with detail, and who wants to see their work improve how the business operates. Key Responsibilities Track company performance across functions, markets and business lines, and highlight gaps, trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain KPI trackers and dashboards, and check that figures are accurate, consistent and up to date. Prepare data and analysis for the Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR). Analyse costs, spending and resource use to identify savings opportunities, and measure the impact of improvements once they are made.
