Together with our customers, Weave is designing and building the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle. The Role & Your Mission We are seeking our inaugural Forward Deployed Engineer , reporting to our Director of Customer Success. This is a unique and pivotal role that requires a person of uncommon skills and disposition. You will own technical implementation for our customers – configure Weave’s core “Regulatory AI Templates” with a combination of AI and your regulatory experience, lead complex integrations and map data flows, ensure early stage customer satisfaction, and enable customers with the basics of how to lead future configuration projects as they move out of their onboarding phase. This role is heavily and directly engaged with customers and requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently with LLM prompts to produce high quality scientific/regulatory documents.
