MEP Facilities Technician

MEP Facilities Technician. Do you have experience in industrial engineering projects and a passion for designing installations for flagship buildings? This opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: Drafting industrial and building services engineering projects (sports facilities, retail, restaurants, hotels, museums, hospitals, offices, residences, among others). Performing technical calculations, MEP drawings, reports, and measurements. Drafting plans and technical documentation for tenders and execution. Profile we are looking for: Technical training: Degree or Higher Technician vocational training (CFGS) in engineering or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in industrial installations. Proficiency in areas such as electricity, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection systems (PCI), and gas. Expert handling of AutoCAD 2D and 3D (essential). Knowledge of technical software: CYPE, DMElect, EPLAN, etc. Experience in BIM (recommended). Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment. We especially value: Technical office and MEP project experience. University degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced English (recommended).
